The role of the general roaster is to supervise the entire roasting process, including selecting green beans, securing supply and demand stability, managing the quality of green beans, roasting, maintaining the taste of the beans, storage, packaging, and ordering. I am the heart of the roastery.<\/p><\/div>\n\n

I assist the general roaster and am mainly responsible for selecting and roasting green beans, as well as cupping the roasted beans. As the person in charge of storing green and roasted beans and communicating with suppliers, I do my best to check all processes until they are delivered to customers.<\/p><\/div>\n\n
